Five Flamingos

Each year I sail to Anegada in the West End Yacht Club “Dark and Stormy Race” and no trip to this island is complete without getting a glimpse of the magnificent flamingos that live and feed around the salt pond. In this watercolor, I wanted to show these colorful birds as part of a flock, hence portraying five birds intertwined.
