Chocolate Hole

Pond behind cove is not navigable.

The anchorage is full of private moorings and liveaboards. There is no dinghy dock. Dinghies are landed on the gravelly beach at the head of the bay.

This anchorage is very rolly in southerly weather and waves can explode against Maria Bluff causing a echo wave to enter the cove. In brisk easterlies and south easterlies, Maria Bluff is a formidable lee shore.
